For who is it?

The "Safe and Sound" protocol consists of listening to music specifically treated to balance the autonomic nervous system with the help of the Safe and Sound facilitator.

My practice relies on somatic practices before and after the listening protocol to stabilize the nervous system and provide tools for self-regulation.

What can be caused by dysregulation of the vagus nerve, on which the protocol acts?

How does the protocol work in practice?

The listening protocol lasts 10 hours, divided into 20 30-minute sessions. In the accompanied sessions, we exhange and do exercises for 30 minutes and then you listen to the music for 30 minutes.

The first part of the protocol called "Core" lasts 5 hours of listening, then you wait 2 weeks for the changes to settle in, then you listen to the "Balance" part which also lasts 5 hours.

My approach is to give you tools and practices to regulate your nervous system during and outside the sessions, via somatic exercises, meditation, other tools or general advice.

The protocol may take more or less time depending on the individual, with some people needing more time between sessions, or only being able to listen to the music for short periods at a time.

I will accompany you during the listening session according to your needs, which we will assess together before starting the protocol.

Some people need to be accompanied throughout the whole process, others only need a few appointments, while others need average accompaniment.

Typically, I will accompany you for between 7 and 21 sessions, depending on your needs (we assess this before we start).
