How does it work?

The protocol is based on three pillars:

*filtered music

*daily regulatory practices

*the presence of a “regulating” companion.

Music listening sessions must be accompanied by practices that I will teach you during the sessions and that we will do together.

It is essential to have a qualified person to accompany you throughout the listening sessions, to guide you step by step. Under no circumstances can the protocol be practiced alone or without regular appointments without first being accompanied and familiarized with the protocol.

The CORE listening protocol (foundation) lasts 5 hours, divided into 15 sessions (on average) of 30 minutes to an hour. In the accompanied sessions, we talk for 30 minutes and then you listen to the music.

The second part of the protocol (BALANCE) is optional and can be done with a lighter accompaniment, which we'll discuss at the end of CORE.

My approach is to give you tools and practices to regulate your nervous system during and outside the sessions, via somatic exercises, meditation, other tools or general advice.

The protocol may take more or less time depending on the individual, with some people needing more time between sessions, or only being able to listen to the music for short periods at a time.

I'll accompany you during the listening session according to your needs, which we'll assess together before starting the protocol.
