CORE

CORE is the foundational Safe and Sound Protocol program. The price of a session is 80 euros and lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
The full program consists of 15 sessions, which usually lasts between 2 and 3 three months.

BALANCE

Balance is the follow up Safe and Sound Protocol program. The price of a session is 80 euros.
I suggest to do it as one session a week for around two months to stabilize the results of the CORE program.

COACHING

I can give you advices for your daily life to befriend your nervous system with exercises and habits.

This does not include the music.
