My services

BALANCE

Balance is the follow up Safe and Sound Protocol program. The price of a session is 50 euros.
I suggest to do it as one session a week for around two months to stabilize the results of the CORE program.

COACHING

I can give you advices for your daily life to befriend your nervous system with exercises and habits.

This does not include the music.

Price: 60 euros/session

Please not that the cost of the access to the app for the provider to listen to the filtered music is around 75 euros/ slot (roughly) paid once a year.
If a practitioner makes you pay more, it means this person is making a profit of the access.

CORE

CORE is the foundational Safe and Sound Protocol program. The price of a session is 50 euros and lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
The full program consists of 12 sessions, which usually lasts between 2 and 3 three months.
